The Rose Law Group pc recognizes that a clean, safe and healthy environment is of paramount importance to our clients and employees, their families, and our fellow man. We shall continue to strive to exceed the industry standard in all that we do, but especially concerning those environmentally friendly or “green” practices in an effort to position ourselves ahead of our competition as the most environmentally friendly law firm in the greater Phoenix Area. The following principles shall serve to guide the firm in all that we do to ensure the welfare and prosperity of our stakeholders today without compromising the health or welfare of future generations:
- Comply with all applicable local, state and federal environmental regulations, and strive to exceed guidelines and recommendations set out by governmental agencies.
- Promote the efficient use of natural resources and raw materials by minimizing waste, recycling and conserving energy.
- Promote the use of renewable energy resources as a sustainable alternative to conventional fuels.
- Continuously monitor firm practices, review their effects and adopt new policies as necessary in an effort to reduce the footprint of our operations on the environment.
- Work in tandem with government agencies, private enterprises and other entities to facilitate the application of environmentally friendly practices and sustainable development.
- Educate employees and encourage their participation in environmentally sound practices both at work and in their personal lives.
