Rose Law Group’s Election Law team is experienced in both local, Stae and Federal Election law. RLG has advised on pre-ballot considerations, compliance review, clean-elections, referendum and initiatives on a local and statewide basis, as well as Federal FEC regulations. In addition, RLG has worked with various advocacy groups on positioning and corporate entity formation, advising on what will be most effective in getting a message heard. RLG has worked with Independent Expendeiture Campaigns as well as a variety of corporate entities who have advocated a position during an election. RLG has worked to ensure that every eligible voter is able to cast a ballot and exercise their constitutional and legal right to vote. This is beyond being a Republican or Democrat issue, as it is an issue of transparency, openness, fairness and protecting our Democracy. RLG has represented candidates, campaigns, corporations, and consultants in regards to every aspect of Election practice.
