- At the beginning of 2010 I was court summoned with child custody paperwork. After my divorce 5 years ago I didn’t know if I had the energy to do it again. My previous child custody attorney was no good so I didn’t want to use the same one. Searching for a good attorney is difficult anywhere including phoenix metro area az; luckily I was referred to Child Custody & Divorce Attorney, Carissa by a close friend.
During my consultation I remember I told my family law attroney (located in scottsdale az) Carissa everything. New things had surfaced within the past 5 years and I explained these things to her. She took my case and explained cost and details and what she could do for me. I had hired my child custody attorney, Carissa on short notice and little time for her to prepare with the information that I had given her.
I strongly believe that Carissa knew what was important for me and my child. She definitely took charge when speaking to the judge and the other attorney. There were several times where she would copy me on a response to the other party and I was very happy with her work. - I was lucky enough to have been referred to Mr. Berkshire as an attorney for family law case after a horrific separation from my spouse and infant son. The family law case surrounding my divorce centered around two main issues. The first being child custody, and the second being parenting time. We needed to go to trial several times, and address a myriad of unfounded malicious attacks in an attempt to manipulate the issues. - I first met Carissa Seidl in 2007 when I found myself facing a nasty divorce and child custody case.
