The Department of Liquor Licenses and Control (DLLC) conducts a liquor license lottery based on Arizona population projections. With new Arizona census data to be posted in July 2011, the next liquor license lottery will be held in Spring 2012. On July 20, 2011, two bills adopted by the 50th Legislature that impact Title 4 of the Arizona Revised Statutes (Arizona liquor law) will become effective. RLG is prepared to assist current license holders maintain regulatory compliance and aspiring licensee’s with the Department of Liquor Licenses and Control (DLLC) application process.
