Community/Government Relations and Lobbying
On This Team
In addition to working with land use related issues at a local level, Rose Law Group pc attorneys have a strong practice in lobbying a variety of non-land-use related issues at the local, state, and federal levels. Rose Law Group pc attorneys have been active in proposing, drafting, negotiating and commenting on a wide range of legislation and administrative rules and regulations. Several of our efforts have resulted in the adoption of new law in both Arizona and Idaho.
In addition, RLG performs the integral function of counseling clients on community relations relative to a broad spectrum of development projects, often working one on one in neighborhoods. Rose Law Group pc attorneys are constantly involved in the promotion and election of top quality state, local, and national elected officials.
Rose Law Group pc attorneys and staff are also active in a number of community related activities such as the YMCA, Ronald McDonald House, Community Food Connections, Engineers Without Borders, to name only a few. Through our volunteer work we renew our appreciation for the greater need and our role in meeting it by bringing our philosophy for a group approach to comprehensive solutions to these non-work related challenges.
