Construction Management

The Rose Law Group pc is the only law firm in Arizona and Idaho that offers Land Development Construction Management.

With this unique service our skilled and experience construction managers can value-engineer all improvement plans and associated reports (i.e. drainage, traffic) concurrent with the regulatory review process thereby reducing costs and overall construction time. By handling the bidding and contract awards and managing the budgets and invoices under the project schedule created and updated at intervals by and with the client, efficiencies are recognized and all trade contractors are held accountable.  Our field team can oversee the day–to-day construction activity and monitor workmanship on an as built basis as well as maintain and manage environmental issues such as Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and Dust Control permits and logs thus reducing the risk of discovering problems only after they become costly.  RLG will implement a stream-lined process of agency and contractor relations while integrating the proper communication necessary for the project owner to make the timeliest and most economical decisions possible.

As demonstrated by other major land development organizations, an immeasurable synergy is gained through collocating a project management team and construction management team under the same umbrella.  Because the project manager that guided the project through the entitlement process acquires vast and detailed project knowledge it is a seamless transition to join the construction management team for the development phase.  If a problem arises, the project manager and construction staffs working on the problem in the field are perfectly situated for a quick and effective resolution. Imagine the efficiency and speed of problem solving when the key personnel are already working together.
