Distressed Real Estate Initiative

The recent economic downturn and collapse of the capital markets has dramatically increased the number of distressed real estate developments throughout the country. In response to the growing need for law-related services for distressed real estate, workouts, and foreclosures, the Rose Law Group has assembled a dynamic team of transactional and litigation attorneys, city planners, engineers, and project managers to advise clients on their current holdings, as well as to assist those looking invest in distressed acquisitions with due diligence and evaluations.

The Rose Law Group has significant experience in handling land use issues; particularly in the growth markets of the western United States. Our attorneys have a myriad of experience in distressed real estate, and have success-oriented experience in transaction structuring, tax-planning, finance, zoning, land use/planning, and litigation. We represent real estate developers, commercial and retail property owners, financial institutions, real estate investors, and private equity companies.
