Project/Property Management
On This Team
Rose Law Group pc is the only Law Firm in Arizona to offer comprehensive Project and Property Management services to our clients. Our team of Project Managers has a combined 30+ years of industry experience. They have extensive engineering and private development backgrounds and have managed development projects and assets for some of the largest builders, developers and investors in the region, including Pulte Homes/Del Webb, Fulton Homes, KB Home, Opus West Construction, and Westpac Development Corporation. They have the ability to effectively manage projects and provide analysis from acquisition and due diligence, through entitlement and on to actual land development. They can provide financial analysis and advise our clients on strategic direction decisions. They utilize their skills to find solutions to complex development challenges and to keep clients’ projects under budget and on schedule. Our Project Managers can oversee a variety of consultant teams and utilize their relationships with key industry players and municipality representatives to add value to our clients’ real estate holdings throughout the life of the project. Working in tandem with our accounting team, our project managers can also provide comprehensive property management services including property tax and insurance evaluation and payment, project accounting, investor relations, property maintenance and collections.
There is an immeasurable value and synergy created by having a project/property management team and construction management team under the same roof. The project manager that guided the project through the entitlement process has a vast wealth of knowledge about the project and will seamlessly transition the entitlements to the construction management team for development. If a problem arises, what better team to resolve it than the project manager that is intimately familiar with the project and the construction staff working on the problem in the field? Imagine the efficiency and speed of problem solving when the people necessary to solve the problem are under the same roof. This is how the major land development, commercial construction, and homebuilding companies operate; why shouldn’t you?
