JENNIFER HALL serves as a Project Manager for Rose Law Group.  Ms. Hall has extensive experience working with various municipalities and neighborhood activists throughout the state of Arizona concerning land use issues, rezoning, redevelopment and development projects.  We believe she is the very best in the State at neighborhood relations work and her assistance allows our clients to create a very positive first impression of their project to neighbors and Staff.  Ms. Hall’s talents set Rose Law Group apart from all other land use practices in the State in that we do not hire out for neighborhood relations work.  We believe that talking to neighbors up front from and with someone who intimately understands the issues and is skilled at conveying a message to a variety of different interests, is essential to winning a case quickly and economically.  .  Some of the communities Hall has provided grassroots support and community outreach include Queen Creek, Coolidge, Maricopa, Casa Grande, Eloy, Pinal County, Avondale, Chandler, Flagstaff, Fountain Hills, Gilbert, Glendale, Maricopa County, Mesa, Phoenix, Pinetop-Lakeside, Scottsdale, Show Low, Tusayan, Williams and Yuma. 

Hall received her B.S. in Business from Eastern Illinois University in 1995.  She is a member of the American Planning Association, the Arizona Planning Association and a very active member of Valley Partnership.
