Joe Dylo has been practicing in Arizona since 2004 and has represented individuals, businesses, and insurance carriers in an array of transactional and conflict resolution matters, including contract formation, pre-trial litigation and negotiation, arbitration and mediation, and appeals. Joe’s practice has emphasized complex litigation including commercial and general civil litigation, construction law, business law, and insurance defense. Joe has also provided clients with advice on issues related to employment agreements, consulting agreements, and contract and intellectual property issues related to the invention of medical devices and has represented corporate clients in various administrative hearings. Joe has consistently achieved exceptional results for his clients through effective motion practice, negotiations, and an attention to detail on each case.
After receiving his Bachelor of Science, Joe earned his commission in the United States Navy and he served as an aviator, division officer, training officer, and special projects officer on active duty and as a selected reservist. Joe holds an M.B.A. in finance from the University of New Mexico and obtained a Masters Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, in Washington, D.C. Prior to attending law school, Joe held various project, program, and other management positions in both government and private industry, negotiated and managed contracts for a number of large industrial construction projects, and managed a variety of projects and programs in several different industries. Joe received his law degree from the University of Memphis.
