KEN FRAKES’ background enables him to handle many issues that arise in the real estate, development, and construction industries. Mr. Frakes’ practice primarily focuses on transactional commercial litigation, real estate work, and constitutional law. Both in private practice and as general counsel of a land investment company—where he managed the legal aspects of tens of thousands of acres of real property—Mr. Frakes is well versed in issues pertaining to purchase agreements, due diligence and title review, lease documents, development agreements, and zoning issues. He also represents parties in commercial disputes relating to real estate contracts, lien foreclosure actions, payment and collection issues, and construction disputes. Mr. Frakes’ diverse background gives him a unique perspective that both adds value to our clients’ business affairs and protects their interests by anticipating disputes that often arise in the real estate, development and construction industries.
In addition to Mr. Frakes’ J.D. from Arizona State University, he holds a Masters’ Degree in Philosophy from Tufts University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona.
