Kristen DeCabooter Foster is on RLG’s Trusts and Estates Team. Kristen, like the Team, is focused on assisting you make certain that those things most important to you – your family, your health, and your assets – are well protected at all times. Through proper estate and gift tax planning, Kristen counsels clients as to what instruments best suit each clients’ needs. Kristen’s goal is to get the proper planning done – so that you never have to worry about it again. She, and the Team, follow-up with you if any modifications might be necessary. Kristen’s motto, like RLG’s as a whole, is a focus on personalized and individual service – making your necessary planning experience painless and cost-effective.
Serving her community, Kristen is a past President of the Xavier Foundation Board, has served on the Board of Directors for Mountain Park Health Center’s Foundation, and has served as an Officer in Junior League of Arizona. Kristen is also active with Make-A-Wish of Arizona (comma removed) and Junior Achievement of Arizona.
Kristen earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at Catholic University of America in English Literature. She earned her law degree from the University of Arizona in 1998. Prior to entering private practice, Kristen clerked for Judge Deborah Bernini.
