Laura A. Bianchi is head of RLG’s Estate Planning and Asset Protection Department. She focuses her practice on traditional estate, special needs, domestic partnership, and business succession planning, as well as general employment and medical marijuana law. Laura assists her clients by ensuring that they have a complete and effective estate plan in place that conserves and protects assets, minimizes taxes, protects future generations, and meets their unique and individualized personal and professional goals and objectives.
Laura is passionate about providing assistance in planning for children and individuals with a disability or special need. Individuals often experience great frustration due to a lack of information, knowledge and direction in selecting a plan which protects their loved one’s future financial, medical, guardianship and quality of life needs, without jeopardizing the government benefits they are entitled to receive. It’s imperative to provide not only the necessary information and knowledge regarding all of the options and methods of planning available, but also assistance in selecting the most appropriate solution for the specifics of each client’s situation, and support with implementation, to ensure the selected plan’s effectiveness.
Laura serves on the Arizona Special Olympics Development Committee and is an active member of the Brain Injury Association of Arizona, State Bar Association of Arizona, Arizona Women Lawyer Association, and Pinal Partnership. Laura donates her time and expertise to a wide variety of charitable organizations dedicated to serving and assisting individuals and children with special needs children. Laura earned her Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School and received a Bachelor of the Arts Degree in Political Science, with a language emphasis in American Sign Language, from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
