Ashley B. Ford serves as Principal Land Use Planner for Rose Law Group Borton in Boise, Idaho. Ashley is a graduate of Truman State University (formerly Northeast Missouri State University) with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Justice Systems (Pre-Law) and a minor in Political Science. She is also a graduate of Idaho State University with a Masters Degree in Public Administration specializing in Community and Economic Development.
A former AmeriCorps VISTA Volunteer with the Southeast Idaho Council of Governments and Current Planner with the City of Boise, Ashley is also the former Planning Director with Hubble Engineering, Inc. and WRG Design, Inc. With 9-years of land use planning and project management experience in the Treasure Valley, Utah, Valley County, Idaho and North Dakota, Ashley is well known for her dedication to the needs of her clients and the respectful relationships she has with elected officials and agency staff members. She is involved in many public policy initiatives and groups representing the views of the development community.
Ashley is a member of the Idaho Planning Association; is involved with Urban Land Institute Idaho District Council including having a seat on the Young Leaders Executive Board; she is involved with the Building and Contractors Association and the Developers Council and is active with Camp RiverRun which is an annual camp for children with serious illnesses. In 2008, Ashley was recognized as one of the Idaho Business Review’s Accomplished Under Forty recipients and as an outstanding member contributor by ULI District Council’s Executive Board.
