Heather Chadwick is a Planner in the Planning and Design Department with the Rose Law Group. Heather is responsible for assisting the Attorneys and Project Managers in a variety of tasks, including zoning research and due diligence, preparing zoning applications, presentations for zoning hearings, neighborhood involvement, and working efficiently with municipality staff to stream line the process of entitlements.
Prior to this position within Rose Law Group, she was the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner, Jordan Rose. There she learned the valuable art of time management and how to successfully multitask every aspect of the business and her life. While being the Executive Assistant, Heather has development relationships with several municipalities’ staff and leadership. Heather started out her career with an internship at Montalbano Homes Land Department and she joined RLG in 2007.
Rose Law Group has provided Heather with invaluable planning and land use experience and the opportunity to assist clients in the entitlement process from comprehensive plan amendments to final plats. She graduated from Arizona State University in 2007 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture and Business.
