Jennifer Wright
Jennifer Wright is a legal assistant to Rose Law Group. While in law school, Ms. Wright earned the honor of Pedrick Scholar, served as President of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies, served as Fundraising Co-Chair for the Women’s Law Student Association, served as Adjunct Editor for the New York University Journal of Law and Liberty, became a Marshall-Brennan Fellow and acted as a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant for Prof. Chad Noreuil.
Ms. Wright has twice published with the Goldwater Institute co-authoring, “Policing and Prosecuting for Profit: Arizona’s Civil Asset Forfeiture Laws Violate Basic Due Process Protections,” with Timothy Keller of the Institute for Justice and authoring, “Stomping Grapes: How Arizona Tramples Consumer Choice in Wine,” which was cited in an Amicus Brief to the United States Supreme Court in Granholm v. Heald.
Although an Arizona native, Ms. Wright graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1996 with a B.S. in Business Economics.
In addition to Ms. Wright’s scholarly background, over the past four years she has worked as a law clerk for the Institute for Justice for both the local Arizona Chapter and the national headquarters in Washington, DC. In this capacity, she supported litigation efforts both locally and nationally, giving her a broad litigation background which will be a great asset to the litigation team at the Rose Law Group.
