KELLEY-ANNE ALEXANDER is a licensed attorney in Arizona, Nevada and California and offers clients broad-based legal experience in litigation, transactional and government relations matters. Ms. Alexander has extensive experience in the areas of land use, environmental, construction defect and appellate litigation, as well as experience in water law, mining and homeowners’ association matters. Ms. Alexander has transactional and litigation experience related to governmental entities such as Nevada General Improvement Districts as well as the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency. She was also involved in the development of the Douglas County, Nevada Master Plan and the incorporation process of a Nevada city. In addition, Ms. Alexander has argued two constitutional land use cases before the Nevada Supreme Court.
Ms. Alexander received her J.D. from Arizona State University where she was a Pedrick scholar, and her B.A. in Religious Studies from the University of Arizona. She also studied at the University of Exeter, England in conjunction with the College of William & Mary’s Marshall-Wythe School of Law International Business/Public International Law program.
Ms. Alexander has been committed to state and local community involvement throughout her practice. She was a member of the State Bar of Nevada-Northern Nevada Disciplinary Committee, the State Bar of Nevada-Access to Justice Committee and president of the Douglas County Bar Association. She is also a graduate of the Tahoe Douglas 2003 Leadership Program and was on the Board of Trustees for Core 24 Lake Tahoe Charity. Her philanthropic activities have included pro bono work for Arizona Community Legal Services as well as involvement in The Boys and Girls Clubs of Tucson, The Phoenix Symphony, The Herberger Theater, The Phoenix Opera and The Scottsdale Artists School.
