Renee Shprecher practices in the area of real estate development and commercial real estate transactions, including, leasing, acquisitions and sales, and financing. Ms. Shprecher represents local and national developers and investors in all phases of real estate development, including the preparation and negotiation of leases, purchase and sale agreements, financing and loan documents, SNDAs and estoppel certificates, CC&Rs, easement agreements, licenses and franchise agreements, and the review of all phases of due diligence and title materials. Ms. Shprecher’s practice also includes assisting developers with the various business and corporate issues, including structuring and forming corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, preparing and documenting joint venture agreements and advising board of directors on general business law issues.
Prior to joining Rose Law Group in 2007, Ms. Shprecher was Corporate Counsel for the Legal Division of the BPI Group of Companies, which included, Retail Brokers, Inc. (RBI), one of Arizona’s largest brokerage companies, RBI Management Services, LLC, an Accredited Management Organization and Global Retail Services, LLC, a retail development company, where she reviewed and negotiated leases, including, ground, office and anc
hor tenant leases for over 100 retail shopping centers constituting approximately 3 million square feet throughout Arizona, California, Texas and New Mexico.Ms. Shprecher is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and sits on their Governmental Relations Committee. Her philanthropic activities include volunteering for “Lawyers Helping Homeowners,” a program instituted by the State Bar of Arizona to assist homeowners in working with lenders to negotiate appropriate financial arrangements to avoid foreclosure.
Ms. Shprecher earned her J.D. in 2004 from Brooklyn Law School and her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona.
She is licensed in Arizona, New York and New Jersey.
