Shawn L. Nickel serves as Principal Land Use Planner for Rose Law Group Borton in Boise, Idaho, Shawn is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Public Administration with a Minor in City Planning. A former Assistant Planner with Ada County Development Services, Shawn was also a former Planning Director with Hubble Engineering, Inc. and Land Consultants, Inc., and more recently owner of SLN Planning, Inc. in Eagle, Idaho. With 15 years of planning experience in the Treasure Valley, Shawn is well known throughout the community for his dedication to the needs of his clients and the respectful relationships he has with elected officials and agency staff members. Shawn is a member of local planning groups and business associations, and is a dedicated husband and father of three, enjoying music, sports and everything outdoors.
