A Town Council vote on a new neighborhood and employment area in northeast Queen Creek was delayed until April to give a developer and Queen Creek time to figure out how the development, a major street realignment and a planned park will fit together.
The council was supposed to vote on two amendments to the general plan, one to allow a mixed-use project on a corner of Barney Farm and the other to approve an active adult community near Town Center, Wednesday night. However, both votes were delayed.
