Attend this breakfast workshop to discuss strategies for maximizing the value of distressed loans and underlying assets through the use of effective analysis criteria and avoidance of legal and financial pitfalls.  The seminar will discuss how to avoid a one size fits all trap and utilize a 5 factor analysis process to evaluate distressed assets, including transactional, securitization and litigation issues, asset valuation and default remedies.
