Rose Law Group adds LEED AP to staff – allowing for environmental consultation/certification
Nick Labadie, a senior planner at Rose Law Group pc, has attained LEED Accredited Professional Certification. This will allow RLG to expand upon the environmental and planning/project/construction management services they already provide to counsel on environmentally sensitive projects and guide them through the appropriate permitting processes.
“As a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), I have an in depth knowledge of the process, requirements, and standards, which combined with experience in and knowledge of the development industry, allow me to navigate projects and project teams through the LEED certification process while maximizing credits in an economical and efficient way that results in an end product that is environmentally responsible, an enjoyable and productive environment for employees/occupants, minimizes upfront costs, and saves over the long run” says Mr. Labadie.
