For Employers

The Resolutions Group Is Focused on Global Solutions For Your Business – Including Your Unique Hiring Needs

As a successful business firm, we understand that no two employers are alike. You have unique business goals, work environments, and expectations for your personnel. That is why we customize our approach to suit your specific business demands and needs, resulting in the best and most productive placement for your organization.

Our Approach

If we don’t already, we will want to get to know you and your company – to make sure that we make good on our specific commitment. We want to discuss your specific needs, and the technical skills required for the position. But just as importantly, we will explore your corporate culture and determine what personality types would succeed.

After we determine your goals and needs, we will begin the process. We will determine together what process you want us to take, as each hiring process can be unique – even internally. Generally, however, we will:

* Screen. Screen candidates for the specific hard and soft skills we discussed.
* Interview. Conduct candidate interviews with our experienced staffing consultants, ensuring a candidate is the right fit for your position – and your company.
* Verify. Perform a variety of assessments depending on your needs, which include professional references and employment verifications. At your request, a basic background check, or a more in-depth statewide check can be done. The point is that we can configure our services to meet your specific requirements.
* Certify. We then will provide you with candidates that we believe meet your requirements. In addition to the paper documents (resume and background), we will provide a brief report explaining what traits we observed that make the applicants good for your business – circling back around to your specific business needs.

Contact us today – whether you have a specific position to fill or just want us to be on the lookout for applicants with a particular skill set. Troy Foster – (480) 240-5652, tfoster@roselawgroup.com; or Lauren Elrod – (480) 240-5644, lelrod@roselawgroup.com .
