Aaron Green


Aaron M. Green is an experienced litigator and transactional attorney at Rose Law Group. He represents individuals and businesses involved in both commercial and residential real estate disputes and lawsuits, including matters related to contract disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, non-disclosure, title disputes, boundary and easement issues, quiet title and partition suits.  Aaron also drafts and negotiates residential and commercial purchase contracts, residential and commercial leases, lease/option agreements, easements, shared well agreements, promissory notes/deeds of trust and other real estate contracts.  Aaron’s experiences make him a valuable consultant and strategist to individuals and real estate professionals at all stages of a transaction or dispute.

Aaron is a well-known leader in the Arizona real estate community. He has represented the Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR) as a “Legal Hotline Attorney” where he provided real-time legal advice regarding real estate law, disputes, and risk management to designated brokers. He is certified by the Arizona Department of Real Estate as a real estate course instructor and regularly teaches classes in agency, contracts, disclosure, and other subjects to real estate professionals for the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business.  Finally, Aaron is the voluntary legal advisor to the Pinnacle Peak REALTOR® Marketing Session & Home Tour of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS®.

Aaron also assists clients in probate, estate planning and general business matters including formation, operating agreements and dispute resolution.

Aaron received his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Arizona.
