Co-chair of the litigation section of Rose Law Group, PC, Andrew B. Turk also serves as a partner at the firm where he practices law in and around Phoenix and throughout Arizona. With an experience of about 30 years, he has litigated cases across a variety of fields. He offers diligent counsel and representation in matters of:

- Commercial litigation
- Business divorce
A large part of Mr. Turk’s clientele includes business owners and businesses, who seek his help in resolving issues involving contract disputes, trade secrets, unfair competition and other business torts. Working closely with clients and building a relationship based on trust, he has been awarded an “Excellent” rating on Avvo. His approach helps clients explore all the options and weigh them before choosing one that best suits their needs.
Serving as a judge pro tem for more than two decades, Mr. Turk has presided over more than 15 jury trials and several other hearings, including criminal and juvenile. Trained in alternative dispute resolution services, he has mediated disputes and has resolved several cases through arbitration. He has been working with the American Arbitration Association for more than six years.
A summa cum laude graduate of the Arizona State University, Mr. Turk received his B.A. in political science and history in 1988. He pursued law at the University of Washington School of Law and completed his J.D. in 1992. Obtaining his first licenses in Washington and Arizona in 1993, he also has authorization to appear before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
