Bloom Dispensary held an event for patients called the Celebration of Courage. At this event they awarded Director of Rose Law Group Medical Marijuana Department, Ryan Hurley, with the inaugural Courage Award along with a few other people for their dedication in the advancement of marijuana as medicine.  Congratulations to Ryan!
