Clark Wu

Clark Wu is a member of Rose Law Group’s Cannabis Law and Business and Corporate Transaction departments.

Clark was formerly a member of the firm’s Class Action practice group, where he worked on a variety of complex litigation matters, including class actions. He also served as an extern to the Hon. Terry J. Hatter Jr., at the United States District Court, Central District of California. While working for Judge Hatter, he worked on a variety of matters including contract disputes, trademark infringement, and business litigation. His initial experience in litigation enables him to explore transactional issues with an additional litigation perspective, which allows him to provide innovative and comprehensive solution for clients.

In addition, Clark was an active participant in moot court competitions during law school and was a member of the Sandra Day O’ Connor College of Law’s Executive Moot Court Board. He also served on the Executive Board of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.

Clark attended the Sandra Day O’ Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he graduated near the top of his class. He also graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science: Administrative Studies from the University of California, Riverside. Clark speaks Chinese.

In his spare time, Clark enjoys cooking, traveling, and experimenting with exotic foods.
