Saint Holdings LLC, the Scottsdale real estate firm behind major land deals in Pinal County, is preparing to put a 640-acre “mega-site” on the market that company leaders said would be a perfect fit for a data center campus.

“Phoenix has become a hub for data centers,” said Jackob Andersen, president and CEO of Saint Holdings. “Pinal County is a hub for utilities that crisscross the area, and we are in the epicenter of things that crisscross.”

The land is near the confluence of Interstate 8 and Interstate 10, and has fiber optic line access from Level 3 Communications/CenturyLink, Salt River Project, Western Area Power AdministrationSprint and Zayo.
