To further bring in the holiday season, Rose Law Group pc received the gift of recognition from the Phoenix Business Journal as one of the Best Places to Work in the Valley for the fifth year.

In total, 118 companies were recognized, from micro-sized to extra-large companies. Of the total, Rose Law Group pc was one of only two law firms recognized. The companies chosen were, above all, judged on workplace culture as much as on benefits and amenities.

“One of the greatest things about working for Rose Law Group (RLG) is the extraordinary sense of appreciation continually expressed by the firm’s founder and president Jordan Rose and partners,” said Jennifer Hall, the firm’s senior project manager. She has been with the RLG since 2002 and speaks to why the firm attracts and retains top talent.

“Our law firm believes in building up every team member regardless of position. Companywide emails with shout outs, kudos, praises and admiration for those who are working hard are commonplace and received on a daily basis! We all work extremely hard and give every case, every project, every client 110 percent of ourselves, and at the end of the day, we are truly appreciated for it,” Hall said. “I don’t know any other business, especially a law firm, that shows employees such gratitude and respect. RLG is absolutely in a class of its own and is, hands down, the Best Place to Work!”

Adding to the firm’s culture, it provides bonuses, 401K, tuition reimbursement, monthly “Friday Fundays,” concierge to run personal errands, breakfast bar, office snacks and drinks, maternity leave, cord-blood banking, and night nurse to help after baby is born.
