Freeman named Rose Law Group partner and co-chair of firm’s litigation department

Rose Law Group, 7144 E. Stetson Drive, suite 300, has appointed Shelton “Tony” Freeman partner and named him co-chair of the litigation department. This move allows Freeman, who also leads the firm’s Flagstaff office, to play a key role in ensuring that the firm provides exceptional legal services statewide.

With 40 years of experience in the legal field, he has navigated legal matters from simple transactions to complex situations, serving a diverse range of clients. His practice areas include business and real estate litigation, business formation, corporate and real estate transactions, cannabis matters as well as bankruptcy and restructuring. Freeman is licensed in both Arizona and California, which is helpful in many cross-state disputes.

Freeman has consistently earned the Martindale-Hubbell highest AV Preeminent peer rating, which awards attorneys who are ranked at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal expertise, communication skills and ethical standards by their peers.

His passion for photography drives his support of the arts, especially as it relates to inspiring young photographers within the Flagstaff community. He has previously hosted annual photography contests in Rose Law Group’s Flagstaff location for both local high school students and for Northern Arizona University photography students. For his contributions to the arts community, Freeman has received several nominations for the annual Viola Awards in the category of businesses supporting the arts.
