Kenny Ho’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial litigation, business disputes, health care law, and land and zoning law. Kenny is a collaborative problem solver with the unique ability to connect with clients to find a resolution in their best interests. Kenny has found the most effective attorneys are thoughtful and innovative problem solvers who are willing to think out of the box to reach a goal.
Kenny’s commercial practice covers all aspects of litigation, including pre-litigation and settlement negotiations, drafting and filing complaints, taking depositions, motion practice, and oral advocacy. In his healthcare law practice, Kenny represents and advises physicians and other medical groups in business, employment, contractual, and regulatory issues.
Kenny is a proud Phoenician with a short stint in Wisconsin for law school. Upon his return to Phoenix, Kenny immediately became involved with various community and legal organizations such as Community Legal Services, Volunteer Lawyers Program, an organization dedicated to providing legal assistance to low-income Arizonans, and Project ALWAYS, a non-profit legal center devoted to serving Arizona’s vulnerable youth, and survivors of human trafficking. Kenny has experience with immigration law and has assisted individuals in obtaining DACA-relief pro-bono as well.
Moreover, Kenny is a board member of the Arizona Asian America Bar Association, a member of the Arizona Healthcare Lawyers Association, an active member of the Asian Corporate and Entrepreneurial Leaders, and a proud graduate of Valley Leadership Advanced Class 1 and the State Bar of Arizona’s Bar Leadership Institute Class 12. During Kenny’s free time, he enjoys practicing martial arts. Kenny is a 4th Degree Black Belt in taekwondo, and an experienced tai chi and baguazhang practitioner.
