Jessica Hale is joining Rose Law Group as part of the Cannabis Law and Business and Corporate Transaction departments.
Before Rose Law Group, Jessica was working in the in-house capacity as associate counsel for a large corporation in the insurance industry. Much of her experience lies in the transactional world of business and she has been involved with drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts of varying complexity and content, including contracts for pharmaceutical clinical trials, cyber security, employment, business to business agreements, profit share, and vendor and client relationships.
Jessica is admitted to practice before both the State Bar of Arizona and the State Bar of New York. She attended law school at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, where she was served as vice president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Association. During law school, Jessica interned with the Atlantic Coast Conference, as well as with a capital investment firm. Jessica also holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Arizona.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys yoga, learning how to play the piano, snowboarding, and watching college basketball.
