Deb Stark has been around Arizona real estate development since the 1980s.
Throughout her career, now as a Phoenix City Councilwoman and former city and Maricopa County planning director, Stark saw development and real estate projects dominated by men.
Now, Stark sees more women involved in projects as zoning attorneys and in other capacities in the historically male-dominated construction and real estate fields.
