LITIGATION PARALEGAL
Rose Law Group is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to assist our attorneys with drafting and finalizing pleadings, motions, and other filings in State and Federal Courts. Job responsibilities include filing in state, federal, appeals and justice courts, docketing, case management, discovery support, legal research, trial preparation, and administrative tasks. Requires a highly motivated person with an excellent attitude, outstanding time management and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Criminal and Defense personal injury and/or intellectual property experience a plus.
Requires 5+ years of prior litigation experience; knowledge of litigation documentation, court rules, and procedures; proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
