Tempe police are rewarding bicyclists and pedestrians who are obeying the law in that city by giving them a coupon they can redeem for a free hot or cold drink. The campaign is part of their Vision Zero campaign. The goal is to try and eliminate deadly crashes involving people hit by cars while walking or riding bikes.
