Rose Law Group Names Director of Estate Planning, Business/Corporate Transactions and Asset Protection Department Laura Bianchi as Partner and Adds Director of Transactional Department Cameron Carter to Firm’s Masthead and Logo

 

Scottsdale based Rose Law Group pc is proud to announce an expansion of the firm’s leadership with two key promotions.

Laura Bianchi, Director of Rose Law Group’s Estate Planning, Business/Corporate Transactions and Asset Protection Department, has been promoted to partner.

Cameron Carter, Partner and Director of Rose Law Group’s Transactional Department, now has his name added to the firm’s masthead and logo. With this addition, the firm’s name will change to Rose Law Group Rich Hurley Carter pc.

Bianchi joined Rose Law Group nine years ago as a legal intern and has been an integral part of the firm since. Bianchi concentrates her practice on cannabis law, business, corporate and real estate transactions, as well as estate, special needs, and business succession planning.

As an integral part of Rose Law Group’s Medical Marijuana practice group, Bianchi has been providing comprehensive advice and guidance regarding lending and investments strategies, business corporate structure, administrative compliance, best business practices and site selection and procurement since 2010. Throughout her career, Bianchi has also assisted clients with a wide variety of business corporate matters including formation, acquisition and disposition of businesses and real property, corporate and residential leasing and business and real estate negotiations. Bianchi serves as Co-Chair for the Women Grow Phoenix Chapter and is an active member of the National Cannabis Industry Association, National Cannabis Bar Association, State Bar Association of Arizona and Arizona Women Lawyer Association.

“I began this journey as a law clerk. Having my dream of becoming a partner at Rose Law Group realized is incredible,” said Bianchi. “It’s been a wonderful road filled with many memorable events and accomplishments, but this is certainly a tremendous pinnacle. I’m honored to be part of the RLG leadership.”

Carter, who also originally came to Rose Law Group as a law clerk after a career in the construction industry as a project manager and a licensed broker, knows the business of real estate. Carter handles real estate transactions of all sizes – from a residential home sale to the largest land deal of the year and closings for publicly traded builders. He advises clients in the areas of real estate development, development agreements, special districts, land use, and zoning. Throughout his time at Rose Law Group, he has helped solve a number of issues involving development impact fees, building permits, eminent domain, right of way acquisition, rezoning cases, and use permits. Carter has also spent significant time volunteering with the Urban Land Institute and its UrbanPlan curriculum, which teaches high school students about the economics of land use planning and urban redevelopment.

Carter is actively involved in the community as well. He has worked as a volunteer leader with the Boy Scouts of America and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the McCormick Ranch Property Owner’s Association.

Jordan Rose started Rose Law Group pc leasing space for just herself in another lawyer’s storage room, and has grown the firm to the largest woman owned law firm in the southwest, as well as in Arizona’s history. Rose said both Bianchi and Carter have made many significant contributions over the years.
