Rose Law Group Partner Court Rich responds to APS’s solar allegations in ‘The Arizona Republic’

Arizona Public Service Co. has filed a new study with energy regulators that concludes, according to the electric company’s math, that customers with solar panels pay 36 percent of the cost of supplying them with power.

The so-called “cost of service” study is a requirement for utilities to submit to the Arizona Corporation Commission in rate cases and could indicate some of the strategy the utility will use in requesting a rate increase in mid-2016.
