Rose Law Group welcomes attorney Ally West to litigation department

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Rose Law Group pc has added Ally West to its Litigation Department, where she will handle a range of civil litigation matters, drawing on a background that includes judicial clerkships at the highest levels of Arizona’s court system.

Ally previously clerked for Justice Clint Bolick of the Arizona Supreme Court, where she assisted with research and drafting opinions on key state legal issues. Before that, she clerked for Judge David D. Weinzweig at the Arizona Court of Appeals. She also practiced civil litigation at Tiffany & Bosco before returning to the Supreme Court for a second clerkship with Justice Bolick.

A graduate of Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where she finished cum laude, Ally held clerkships with the Goldwater Institute and the Governor’s Office of General Counsel during her time in law school. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Iowa, graduating summa cum laude with highest honors.

“Ally has trained with some of Arizona’s most respected judges and brings that judicial perspective to her litigation practice,” said Jordan Rose, founder and president of Rose Law Group. “She’s sharp, hardworking, and committed to delivering results for our clients.”

Raised in Iowa, Ally now calls Arizona home. Outside the courtroom, she is writing a novel and enjoys spending time with her dogs.
