SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Rose Law Group pc has added Kelsey Fischer Maxwell to their family law practice as an attorney, bringing with her a broad background in family law and civil litigation, as well as years of community advocacy in Arizona.
Fischer Maxwell, an Arizona native, is licensed to practice in Arizona and represents clients through all stages of family law and high-conflict litigation, including written pleadings, written discovery, depositions, pre-trial dispositive motions, oral arguments, trial, and settlement negotiations. Her practice includes family and civil disputes, where she is known for balancing strong courtroom presence with mediation skills.
Her dedication to family law began early in her career. After graduating summa cum laude from the University of Arizona with dual bachelor’s degrees in political science and Spanish, she served as a felony victim advocate, assisting survivors of domestic violence in obtaining protective orders, running support groups, and responding to crisis calls with law enforcement. “That experience shaped my passion for helping families and individuals in vulnerable situations,” she said.
Fischer Maxwell earned her law degree at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where she clerked for both judges and firms in probate, civil, and family law. She was president of the Student Bar Association, served on the Corporate and Business Law Journal, and co-founded the Family Law Interest Project to expand opportunities for students in that field. She was awarded the Alan Matheson Award for leadership and service to the legal community.
“Kelsey brings not only outstanding litigation skills but also a true dedication to guiding families through their most difficult moments,” said Jordan Rose, founder and president of Rose Law Group.
Outside of her practice, Fischer Maxwell can often be found outdoors with her dogs Tito and Bailey, practicing yoga, traveling, golfing with her husband and friends, or rooting for the Arizona Diamondbacks.
