At the November election, Arizonans, who have already approved medical marijuana, will vote whether to legalize recreational use. If approved, the initiative will exponentially grow the already burgeoning Arizona cannabis industry and create a host of new legal issues and conflicts to be resolved. Our panel of experts will introduce practitioners to the legal cannabis industry, its unique business and legal issues, and how private law and alternative dispute resolution can be used to prevent and address the conflicts that will arise. The Arizona cannabis experience will be compared to that of Colorado, which approved recreational use in 2014. Topics to be covered include:
