Secretive Microsoft project goes to vote: Will it be a jobs win for Goodyear?

Microsoft’s secretive West Valley project will head to a vote Monday. Will it be a data center with few employees or something more?

Documents released Friday don’t answer that question, but they do show the tech giant is in a hurry to get started. A “yes” vote will let the tech giant start construction on its first two buildings before site plans have been approved.

City documents have only referred to the project as a “five-building technology center.”
