Everyone wants to hear the “L” word, until the “L” word becomes Litigation and Lawyer. You hope and pray you find the right representation to guide you, represent you, your life is in their hands like a cardiac surgeon. Then you find out your lawyer was not exactly what you thought they were, making many errors that could not be corrected, you then have to seek additional advice and pray again you are getting good advice. In walks Tony Freeman, which I wish we knew of Tony at the beginning, but this is the path of life.

His years of experience and an incredible team, Tony knows who to bring in for each piece of the puzzle, he is not afraid to bring in help with team members. Going through years of motions and documents, Tony with his team was able to evaluate, be honest with us, give us reality, what was done and our true options moving forward. No sugar coating but explained in terms a normal person could understand. His perception on how skewed the law contradicts itself, there is no fiduciary to a beneficiary in this case, and how the system can be manipulated to disadvantage a beneficiary through actions and law.
We could tell it was not easy for Tony to deliver this message, the previous representation and their mistakes, but so honest and caring about it, yes, a lawyer being caring. To even hear, based on the events and what was done, I do not want to take your money, here are your options, words you never hear.
After leaving the meeting in disbelief and what previous counsel did and created, shock sat in with disbelief, and we thought about Tony’s words and concern.
We followed Tony’s advice, not to mention, this is one of the only lawyers who truly understands STRATEDGY to navigate any situation. When we all met again, we said Tony, we are glad this is over and Thank you for your advice, which I think he was a little taken back. Most people want to fight, but Tony was clear, remember what this is really about and what you want to do, he was right.
His advice and guidance allowed us to exit a situation properly, gives us the opportunity to do good, bring attention to a growing problem across our country with laws that contradict each other, help those being taken advantage legally due to our laws and legal system, to finally let our voice be heard, bring attention to make real change for those who do not have the resources, those who become dependent and vulnerable who are put in a situation to execute new estate plans out of fear, undue influence and capacity issues, an everyday occurrence where everyone needs to be protected, drastic changes in laws need to be put into legislation to protect situations like this and remove laws that contradict state statutes, a loop holes in the system to take advantage of beneficiaries.
I cannot speak highly enough of Tony, his advice and experience, but most important, he wants to help make a change with us. His relationships and advice to help us, having Tony in our corner was a blessing, having someone like Tony brings a confidence we have never had before, knowing Tony will always be there, in your corner, incredible advice from years of experience and Strategy for the best impact and results. If you do not hire Tony Freeman, you are doing yourself a disservice to accomplish why you are there.
