Cassandra Ferrigno-Bren serves as the firm’s Senior Litigation Paralegal bringing over 16 years of legal experience in the following areas: Business Organizations, Labor & Employment Law, Contract Law, Class Action Litigation, General Corporate and Business Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Real Estate and Land Use Transactions, Corporate Compliance, Administrative Law (EEOC and USPTO proceedings), Intellectual Property, Public Interest & Political Law, Tribal Law grievances and Internal Investigations.

Prior to joining Rose Law Group pc, Cassandra worked as the Senior Paralegal handling a large portfolio of various litigation matters for a newly established law firm, a Senior Paralegal at a Fortune 750 managing their trademark portfolio and employment litigation, a Paralegal/Office Manager for a Valley-based solo practitioner, as well as she worked as a collections’ professional while she simultaneously focused on continuing her education.

Cassandra earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal and Paralegal Studies from the University of Great Falls. While earning her undergraduate degree, Cassandra honed her legal argument skills by helping to co-found, and participating in, the school’s Speech and Debate team. She also earned a Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation from Abilene Christian University and gained her certificate for Mediation as part of the graduate degree program.

In her free time, Cassandra enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is passionate about cooking, travelling to learn about different cultures, going to concerts, and attending her favorite teams’ sporting events.
