Elizabeth Fine is a senior attorney with Rose Law Group. Her practice includes representing clients in a wide array of complex civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, fraud claims, shareholder litigation, real estate and property-related matters, health care suits, regulatory issues, and more.

Elizabeth has years of private firm experience handling state, federal, and appellate cases. She also has a background in journalism, which she utilizes in her successful written advocacy on behalf of her clients. Elizabeth previously worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Arizona, during which time she undertook daily court

appearances for the Department of Child Services.

Elizabeth graduated cum laude from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. She is licensed to practice in Arizona, as well as her home state of Colorado. During law school, Elizabeth received a CALI Award for Exceptional Trial Advocacy work. In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys being outdoors, reading, and spending time with her large family!
