Governor Ducey appoints Rose Law Group partner to Maricopa Superior Court

David McDowell Has Been With The Rose Law Group Since 2014

(SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.) David McDowell,the Director of the Litigation Department at Rose Law Group pc, as well as a partner in the firm, has been selected by Arizona Governor Doug Ducey to serve as a Maricopa County Superior Court Judge.

McDowell practiced law in Oregon and Washington before coming to Arizona in 2001, specializing in business and real estate law. In 2014 he joined the Rose Law Group, bringing his extensive experience litigating commercial and contract disputes, ADA accessibility claims, ADA compliance, ADA professional liability claims, product liability claims, construction defect claims, indemnity and insurance claims, among other services. Most recently, David has focused on meeting the needs of local and national retailers.

In addition to practicing law, McDowell served on the Board of Trustees for the Phoenix Zoo/Arizona Center for Nature Conservation.  He has volunteered his time for organizations such as UMOM and Big Brothers and Big Sisters. He also donated his time to the State Bar of Arizona’s program assisting Hurricane Katrina victims who had relocated to Arizona in 2006.
