About Heather Stanton

Heather Stanton is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Heather’s growing practice covers a range of matters, from handling business torts, insurance, restrictive covenants, real estate litigation matters, construction and complex litigation cases, trade secrets, contract disputes, and addressing a variety of other commercial litigation matters. She has represented both institutional and individual clients in jury and bench trials where her strategy and transparent approach were a winning combination.

Prior to joining the firm, Heather served as a law clerk for the Honorable Donn Kessler at the Arizona Court of Appeals. While in law school, Heather served as an extern at the Arizona Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and the Arizona U.S. Attorney’s Office. She was a teaching assistant for courses in constitutional law, legal method and writing, intellectual property, business organizations, and alternative dispute resolution.
