Rose Law Group Partner and Cannabis Department Director Adam Trenk was interviewed by KOLD/KMSB’s Shaley Sanders to paint a picture of what’s next for legalized marijuana in Arizona. As local business owners prepare for expansions, the Arizona Department of Health Services has to prepare the new rules. Trenk says April 5th is their deadline.
Existing medical marijuana dispensaries that have good standing with the state will be prioritized and the department of health will issue one recreational marijuana dispensary for every 10 pharmacies in the state, says Trenk.
