Question: We hear the Federal Government gave more guidance on opportunity zone regulation. What was the most previously frequently asked client question that the new guidance answered?
Answer: Fund principals and investors want to know whether they can sell assets during the 10-year hold and reinvest those proceeds without tainting those dollars. Now we know you can, with some exceptions.
