Rose Law Group Expands and Names New Chairman of the Real Estate Litigation Department

Rose Law Group pc is proud to announce the expansion of its Real Estate Litigation Department with the naming of Adam Martinez as Chairman.

Martinez, an experienced litigator and appellate attorney, is well known in the Arizona real estate community and represents individuals and businesses involved in both commercial and residential real estate disputes and lawsuits, including matters related to contract disputes, title disputes, boundary and easement issues, fraud, quiet title and partition suits, financing and foreclosure matters, landlord/tenant disputes, home owner and condominium association disputes, agent/broker defense, and issues involving the Arizona Department of Real Estate.

Martinez also represented the Arizona Association of REALTORS ® (AAR) as a Legal Hotline Attorney providing legal advice regarding real estate law, disputes and risk management.

Adam received his Juris Doctorate from the Sandra Day O’Conner College of Law at Arizona State University. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Arizona State University.
