Chris Gustafson a public finance and government affairs professional currently serving as Senior Director for Government Affairs at the Rose Law Group, where he leads state legislative strategy and policy advocacy with a focus on health and human services. He previously served as Chief Legislative Liaison for the Arizona Department of Child Safety, directing the agency’s legislative agenda and coordinating closely with the Governor’s Office and stakeholders, and as a Senior Fiscal Analyst at the Joint Legislative Budget Committee, where he led budget and fiscal analysis for major human services agencies, authored fiscal notes and pension and actuarial reports, and presented recommendations to legislative appropriations committees. He earned a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government with a concentration in health policy, and a summa cum laude Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Arizona State University.
